Auctioning real estate is becoming more and more popular these days. Its important to keep in mind that not all auctions are foreclosures, so not all auctions require the same closing terms. Manny people avoid foreclosure auctions because buyers are not allowed the time to seek financing. Others feel like all auction sales are final and one will lose the deposit if unable to close.

BidaBing.com auctions are usually regular distressed listings with standard terms. The site may have pre foreclosures, approved short sales and other good real estate opportunities with the terms clearly expressed in the posting. So next time you see an ad that says “AUCTION”, dont run away. Check it out. It just might be a BidaBing.com real estate auction.

Dont wait til its too late

I find that many people who contact me about help with their foreclosure situation have waited too long or moved too slowly towards finding a solution. They are understandably stressed and sometimes depressed, but I wish homeowners in trouble would understand the importance of addressing the situation and designing a plan early on. Even though you want to keep your situation private, talking to an experienced agent or level headed friend can sometimes help you determine what needs to be done and in what order.

Foreclosure is not an uncommon thing these days, so you are not alone. Some banks are also coming up with options for homeowner in foreclosure, but you have to call and discuss it with them. I recommened to create a plan with an experienced agent before calling the bank.  Ask you agent about the possibility of negociating a short sale or, my personal favorite, an extention that gives your agent enough time to market a successful real estate auction.

Sellers should consider auctioning.

According to the National Association of Auctioneers, residential real estaes is its fastest growing segment with gross sales about $17 billion last year. Even though property owners are not necessarily getting what they would like, for many, auctioning can prevent a foreclosure or assist in a short sale. Although most real estate agents are not experienced auctioneers and some forms of auctioning can be pricey, there is an innexpensive auctioning platform available to real estate agents at www.bidabing.com.

It is important to keep in mind that an auction is only successful when there are at least a few qualified buyers in attendance. This is one of the reasons why BidaBing is such a good option. The mere fact that it is affordable to start over if you fail to attract enough serious buyers can make a big difference in your final bottom line.

The staff at BidaBing is available to assist with any questions and will help market the auction in at least a dozen different ways. With the right reserve and a savvy real estate agent, a reasonable seller should be able to avoid foreclosure and sell at or above the current market value. If you are not working with an agent at this time, you can visit the site and select an Agent Member in your area.
